DOCTOR OF AUDIOLOGY

Dr. Jenci Randall took over ownership of Northwest Audiology in January of 2020, after working as a Clinical Audiologist for more than 8 years. She received her Bachelor of Sciences in Hearing Speech and Language Sciences and her Doctorate in Clinical Audiology from Ohio University. Her specialties include comprehensive diagnostics, tinnitus management, hearing aid fittings, and aural rehabilitation.

Dr. Randall enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors. On her free time, she likes hiking, camping, fishing, and mushroom hunting.

Clara is a License Hearing Instrument Specialist. She evaluates hearing loss, fits and dispenses hearing aids, and provides ongoing patient hearing care. Clara is passionate about helping patients reconnect with the sounds they love. Her favorite part of the job is hearing stories about how better hearing has improved her patients' quality of life and celebrating the meaningful moments that come with restoring their hearing.

Clara grew up in Ellensburg, and obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Central Washington University. Clara completed the hearing instrument specialist training program through the Washington State Hearing Society in 2026.

Outside of work, Clara enjoys spending her free time outdoors, taking nature walks, and working in her garden.

AUDIOLOGY ASSISTANT

Emma works as an audiology assistant providing support to our Providers and helping patients with their hearing needs. Emma really enjoys working with our patients, hearing stories, and building relationships with our community members. Emma grew up in North Bend WA and moved to the Cle Elum WA area where she now resides full time.

Outside of work, Emma is very creative and enjoys painting, reading, camping, and spending time with friends and family.

AUDIOLOGY ASSISTANT

Courtany works as an Audiology Assistant and Clinical Manager at our Ellensburg Clinic. She enjoys connecting with patients and loves to laugh and bring joy to our patients. Originally from Orange County, California, Courtany moved to Ellensburg, Washington, in 2015, where she has since made a home for herself and her family.

Outside of her professional life, Courtany enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Brandon, and their four children. They also share their home with two dogs, two cats, and a collection of chickens.

AUDIOLOGY ASSISTANT

Kristin, works as an audiology assistant in the Cle Elum clinic. Kristin brings a wealth of experience and a compassionate approach to our team. A Roslyn, WA native, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Recreation and Tourism from Central Washington University. For the past 15 years, Kristin has specialized in senior care, focusing on individuals with dementia and Alzheimer's. This background has honed her dedication to patient well-being and her ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

Kristin fills her free time with outdoor adventures, often paddleboarding and camping. She also loves traveling and cherishing moments with her husband Chris, their two dogs, and the rest of her family and friends.

PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR & INSURANCE SPECIALIST

Courtney grew up in Cle Elum and has lived in Upper County her entire life. Courtney works as the patient care coordinator in the Cle Elum Clinic. She also works closely with our insurance companies to help facilitate a seamless experience for our patients. She is deeply rooted in this community, and loves to chat with our patients and share stories.

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys anything outdoorsy including camping, hunting, and fishing.

BILLING

Jaclyn works remotely on billing and coding for our clinic. She is a master with numbers. She currently lives in Alaska with her dog Barley most of the year, and travels to Mexico to enjoy surfing in the winter months.

Jaclyn spends her free time recreating outdoors. She is an avid snowboarder, rock climber, and surfer.
